QUALITY ~ Our products are handmade in small batches with premium, natural ingredients. We use fresh oils, and guarantee a minimum 1 year shelf life from date of purchase when stored indoors. No added chemicals, dyes, artificial fragrance or preservatives. All products are insured by Luce, Smith & Scott, Inc., insurance brokerage firm., underwritten by and placed with Cincinnati Insurance Company, an "A+" (Superior) rated carrier.

SHIPPING ~ Shipping available to all United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Orders are processed and shipped through the USPS within 2 business days, with an estimated shipping time of 2-5 days. If unable to ship within 2 business days, notification will be sent directly to customer's email. Business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, EST. In the event of change in business hours, notification will be placed on the website header.

RETURNS ~ If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your more than half unused item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, postage not included. If there is any damage due to shipping, please notify us upon receipt of your order.
